Yessss... stability and balance is not all glitter, rainbows, and unicorns... it’s being okay, taking care of yourself, doing what you gotta do to keep pushing on amongst all the chaos and garbage around you... seeing what’s around you, feeling the difficult emotions BUT not becoming the emotions.
