Disordered eating.. ?
Nobody talks about how physically and mentally EXHAUSTING having a bad relationship with food is. When your days revolve around workouts, you wake up hungry then starve yourself for as long as possible during the day, forcing yourself to only eat a couple of hundred calories at lunch, having your emotions dictated by the number you see on the scales.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is what disordered eating is!
