Sleep Deprivation

We are ALL sleep deprived these days with jobs, families, and the stresses of day to day life. If you suffer from depression, anxiety, bipolar or ADHD, sleep deprivation can trigger an episode or not being able to sleep can be a warning sign. Insomnia is treatable but simple things like turning off all devices before going to bed, avoiding alcohol or caffeine, going to bed and getting up at regular times can all help to improve your sleep hygiene
