Fear of uncertainty and ultimately the fear of death or the uncertainty of when one will die is the root of all anxiety. Reality is we are all going to die and 99% just don't know when it will happen. That can be considered a pretty dark thought, AND fighting with reality just isn't helpful. What is helpful to to add to those thoughts by focusing on how we want to live… and live it. We feel the feelings of uncertainty, of fear, of sadness, and then take action of living our best lives in the moment. How are you living today?
