We get to decide. Sure, we all have automatic thoughts constantly streaming in and out of our minds, but it’s up to us to catch ourselves when we are stuck on something negative, whether it be a bad memory of the past, or a worry of the future… there are so many other glorious things we can bring our attention to. An inspiring picture, an upbeat song, our kick-butt morning workout, a blossoming friendship, that one time we were recognized at our job… what are you filling your head with today?
