When it comes to being "mentally strong" I could come up with a million and one definitions, however the first thing that pops to my mind, is being strong means you know when to ask for help, and know how to receive help... strong is not your ability to do everything yourself. When I look at this picture, I see someone barely lifting themselves up... but they do appear that they can do it despite all that's pulling them down... no one sees how much is weighing them down, and how hard this is... and with some help whether it be someone or a few people pulling them up, someone giving them a pair of scissors to cut the ties, or someone jumping in the water and helping them cut down whats holding them back, life can be so much more pleasant and enjoyable. On this gorgeous Cayman #MindCheckMonday what's holding you down? What's pulling you down as you barely stay a float? What's preventing you from asking for help? Where can you seek help? Who is your support that can help call upon, and see how you can loosen what is tied to your feet?
