I love the lyrics in this song… it describes so many warning signs that one experiences before a panic attack takes hold but also the lack of insight that one has warning signs… so important to bring awareness to our body, and thoughts to catch the anxiety before it becomes overwhelming and implement a technique that works for you to bring it down.
