How do you color your thoughts?

What are you inputting into that mind of yours? How do you color your thoughts? We have over 75k thoughts per day… some good, some meh and meaningless, and some pure garbage… we cant necessarily help what pops up randomly but we can choose to color it a certain way… we can choose to be in relationships that validate and support us, we can choose to take time to stare at the sea or pictures that bring a smile to our face, we can choose books and tv that make us laugh and bring us joy… listen to music with messages of positivity, true love, cool philosophies… what are you doing to be active in this painting that is your life?
