HIRING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Infinite Mindcare, a private, outpatient Mental Health practice in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands is seeking a qualified Operations Supervisor to support the client needs of our health care facility.

Responsibilities:

Grow, develop, and report on outcomes for clinical programming (current programs and new)

Manage employee assistance and programs

Monitor and report on clinical program volumes against budget, KPIs, and targets

Create new initiatives to promote growth of the organization

Develop promotional materials for clinical programs

Implement and help develop office policies and procedures

Support the implementation / upgrades to practice management systems and solutions

Maintain confidential medical and staff records

Liaise with the senior management team to identify potential office efficiency and improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, local business laws to ensure best practice and professional ethics.

Continually review and make recommendations to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet client needs

Revamp staff in-house wellness program

Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and supervise administrators

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Healthcare Administration, Marketing or related field

Masters in I/O Psychology or Counseling preferred

Minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity and program development

Knowledge of mental health care

Experience working in a healthcare facility

Experience of working with electronic practice management system

Experience & proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Docs

Ability to multitask and perform efficiently and calmly in stressful and/or busy situations

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and an empathetic, supportive customer service orientation.

Preferred Council for Professions Allied with Medicine (CPAM) or eligible to be registered

Salary:

KYD $40,000-55,000 plus potential of $9000 bonus based on meeting targets

*If registered with CPAM and able to maintain a small caseload of clients, increased compensation based on clinical work.
